Calculator information

The calculator uses your entered capital, monthly interest rate, projection period and selected calculation method. When you request a code, it also uses your email address and your optional preference for Lendy updates.

Only a verified email becomes a calculator lead. We save the email, calculation details, projection, verification time and update preference so we can provide your result and manage your request. A copy of a verified calculator inquiry is sent to the Lendy team.

Verification and security

Verification codes expire after ten minutes. We store a protected code digest rather than the code itself. An essential browser cookie connects the calculation and verification steps for up to one hour. Rate limiting uses protected identifiers derived from request information such as an IP address or email; raw IP addresses are not stored in the calculator’s rate limit table.

Expired calculator sessions and rate limit records are periodically removed when the calculator is used. Calculator leads older than twelve months since their last calculation are also removed through this cleanup process.

Your email choices

A verification email and a copy of your requested result are service messages. Receiving the result does not require a marketing subscription. Relevant Lendy updates are optional and use a separate checkbox.

If you opt in, your projection email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@lendyph.com to ask us to stop updates or to request access, correction or deletion of your website inquiry information. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your email address.

Website inquiries and support

The contact form collects the name, email, phone, inquiry type and message you submit so the Lendy team can answer your inquiry or arrange a demo. Before an inquiry is sent, we send a six digit code to the entered email address. The code expires after ten minutes. Verification confirms access to that email, but does not verify the phone number or the truth of an inquiry. A separate essential cookie connects the contact verification steps for up to one hour. We retain the email and protected verification and delivery records for that session; expired records are removed when the contact verification service is used. Codes are stored as protected digests, and contact rate limits use protected identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.

If you use the live chat widget, the support service also processes the information you choose to share there.

Services used by this website

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Calculator records use its database service, and verification and inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. The site also uses Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA for the contact form, and Tawk.to for live support. These services may process request information, cookies or device information needed for their features under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not ask for bank credentials, a GCash password or a phone number in the Investment Calculator. Please avoid sharing sensitive borrower or financial account information in website inquiries.
